Job Location: In-Person (Multiple Locations Available), $23–$27/Hour (Based on Experience), 1st and 2nd Shift Openings, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a leading manufacturer of personal care products, and they want you to join their team as a
Production Lead .
Available Shifts:
1st Shift:
5:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)
2nd Shift:
3:15pm-1:45am (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)
Your day-to-day as a Production Lead:
Lead and support production staff to ensure efficiency and product quality
Monitor and maintain run rates, product specifications, and safety standards
Troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly in a fast-paced environment
Keep production lines running smoothly while supporting team development
Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement
Your skills and experience:
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct respectfully
Ability to multitask and remain effective under pressure
Energetic, flexible, and detail-oriented team player
Previous experience in manufacturing, customer service, food service, healthcare, or education is a plus
Open to hands‑on work and solving challenges creatively
