$60,000 - $90,000 /year . Plus, if all requirements are met, this position is
eligible for incentives , including 10% of upsells and 10% of all volume over 11k, as well as

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOREMAN / CREW LEAD As a Foreman / Crew Lead, you support your 3 person crew in successfully performing attic and insulation construction, repair, and service. The crew Lead will be leading and helping with the job as they are not a go between with the homeowners. Using your leadership skills, you keep jobs running smoothly and complete projects on time. Approaching your role with an open mind you provide leadership that inspires your crew to feel supported and exceed goals!
Aside from leading your construction crew, you oversee job production at different job sites and ensure customers are updated throughout the process. You use your excellent communication skills to provide individualized service, potentially upsell jobs, and seek to ensure complete customer satisfaction! Guided by your ethics, you never cheat as you put solid roofs over the heads of our customers and help our company win at staying in business!
QUALIFICATIONS
2 or more years of construction experience
Experience in construction management or leadership
Willing to travel up to 2-4 hours away to jobs
A valid driver's license
A working cell phone
Customer service skills
Able to sell and upsell projects to customers
Able to manage up to 3 people on a crew
