Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency
Fluency in English
Experience with hand and power tools
Physical stamina to stand and lift heavy objects
Team player with strong communication skills
Attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to understand schematics, technical manuals, templates, and blueprints
Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16" and calculate basic fractions
Ability to confirm assigned components have been set on doors as identified by the project
Ability to work overtime hours
Responsibilities Your day begins with preparing and receiving parts for door assemblies, ensuring every component matches the project's specifications.
You position and align parts using hoists, templates, or manual techniques, inspect for defects, assemble complex pieces with specialized tools, conduct quality checks and continuity tests, verify finished products meet highest standards, collaborate with your team, and follow safety protocols.
