Hands of Hope Physical Therapy & Wellness , is looking to hire a Physician Liaison to join our team!
The Physician Liaison is responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and sales plan to maintain and grow referrals from providers and/or Physician practices.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in physician relations, network development or a similar role in hospital marketing or business development
Ability to interact with physicians, physician extenders and office staff in a professional manner is required
Candidates should be articulate in oral and written communication, and must possess good time management and organizational skills and be customer and results oriented
Good listening skills are mandatory
Knowledge of physicians, their referral patterns and hospital is very helpful
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business is a plus
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include understanding key referral relationships, and referring provider needs, and building and supporting relationships, coordinating and acting as a key resource for internal and external clients and identifying new business opportunities with referring practices
Regularly engages referring providers in increasing meaningful engagement with the goals to build new business, establish new relationships and strengthen existing relationships
Aggregates and shares intelligence and opportunities in a way that facilitates and encourages discussion and opportunities for improvement
Responsible for communicating any market changes and strategic opportunities that are discovered
Contribute to the Sales Strategy and objectives, development of sales plans and implementation for designated territory/area
Participation in trainings, and sales training programs as required
