Overview Of The Staff Accountant Role
Accounts Payable: 3‑way matching of invoices and data entry.
Accounts Receivable: Post payments to ledgers.
Communicate daily with both vendors and staff regarding the status of customer accounts.
Assist with the year‑end close process.
Assist with payroll processing.
Additional projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications For a Staff Accountant
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
2+ years of experience in an accounting role.
Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
Excellent communication skills.
Salary $50,000 – $75,000
