We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Accountant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation and accounting, with a passion for helping clients navigate their financial needs. Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns.
Conduct tax research and stay up-to-date with current tax laws and regulations.
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.
Assist clients with tax notices and audits from the IRS and state agencies.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of services.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial information and client interactions.
Utilize tax software and accounting systems to prepare and file tax returns accurately.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA certification or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation is a plus.
Public experience preferred
Proficiency in tax software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High attention to detail and organizational skills.
