Client Relationship Associate - Cleaning

What You’ll Do (aka How You’ll Make an Impact) You’ll be in the thick of it—connecting clients, service providers, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Be the friendly, professional first point of contact via phone, email, text, and Microsoft Teams
Manage the execution of Cleaning and Trade services across the U.S., including scheduling, confirming, and dispatching ISPs
Track, update, and manage work orders so nothing falls through the cracks
Follow up to confirm services are completed—then close the loop
Prioritize work based on urgency and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
Collect invoices, signed work orders, and required documentation
Keep clear, detailed notes so everyone stays informed and aligned
Help onboard new service providers and support coverage needs
Problem‑solve in real time, handle basic issues, and elevate when necessary
Multitask like a pro—calls, systems, and updates all at once
Jump in to support teammates when things get busy

Requirements
High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of customer service experience
Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
Starting at $18/hr
Bonus opportunities
40 hours Vacation + 32 hours Personal (Year 1)
40 hours Paid Sick Time
