Maintenance Technician II 3rd Shift (11 PM 7 AM)
Position Summary: Were looking for a skilled
Maintenance Technician II
to join our production team. In this role, youll perform hands‑on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair on a variety of industrial machinery and systems. The ideal candidate is a dependable, detail‑oriented technician with strong mechanical and electrical skills who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure peak equipment performance. Install, align, and maintain mechanical drive systems and components. Test, replace, or repair electrical wiring, switches, and control systems using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Maintain and document all maintenance activities in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Collaborate with production and engineering teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability. Recommend process improvements based on observed equipment performance and reliability data. Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on proper maintenance procedures. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures. Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience. Proven experience in both
mechanical and electrical maintenance . Familiarity with PLC systems, automation equipment, and industrial controls preferred. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals. Skilled in the use of standard shop tools and precision measuring instruments. Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Why Join Us:
