Position Summary The Practice Integration Manager collaborates with marketing, sales, and cross‑functional teams to identify target accounts, develop and implement protocols for dry eye disease management and ocular surface preparation, and educate practice staff and sales reps. The role requires expertise in optometry and ophthalmology practice operations, strong consulting and educational skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to identify target accounts that need practice optimization.

Work directly with practices to assess needs, recommend protocols, and implement strategies that drive efficiencies and improved patient outcomes.

Engage with all functions within the practice—from front desk to physicians—to ensure seamless adoption of recommended protocols.

Act as a subject‑matter expert in ocular surface optimization and dry eye disease management.

Influence and consult with key stakeholders to ensure buy‑in and understanding of recommended changes.

Stay up‑to‑date with latest trends, research, and developments in the field.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and support for practice integration initiatives.

Develop and deliver training materials, protocols, and presentations to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.

Educate sales representatives on sales training and development content.

Track and report on key metrics related to practice optimization and patient outcomes, making adjustments as necessary.

Position Expertise & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in optometry, ophthalmology, or healthcare administration preferred.

5+ years of experience in a clinical or practice setting with a strong understanding of optometric and ophthalmic practices.

Proven ability to consult, educate, and influence diverse stakeholders.

Track record of successfully implementing protocols or changes within a clinical setting.

Strong knowledge of dry eye disease management, ocular surface optimization, and cataract surgery preparation protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Willingness to travel to client practices as needed.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with cross‑functional teams in marketing, sales, or healthcare related functions.

Familiarity with reimbursement processes and billing/coding practices within optometric and ophthalmic settings.

Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to ocular surface optimization and dry eye disease.

Physical Requirements

Sedentary work that generally requires sitting and/or standing.

Travel Requirements

Remote with up to 50% travel required.
