As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Mid-Level Fundraising.**Responsibilities:**Partner closely with the Marketing & Philanthropy Leaders to ensure an integrated donor experience and strategy across the mass, mid and major donor pipeline. Work with the Philanthropy Leadership Team to set revenue growth goals and develop related strategies and KPIs to drive growth.
**Qualifications:**5 years of sales and/or fundraising leadership and management experience. Salesforce CRM experience preferred. Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills. Proven experience delivering revenue results in a nonprofit setting, including a track record of executing strategies that generate more than $1 million annually.Proven ability to effectively develop, nurture and maintain individual relationships and the skill to lead those individuals to make joyful financial investments.Experience managing, tracking and reporting revenue goals.*A statement of faith should describe your Christian faith and how you see it as relevant to your involvement with IJM.
