# **Administrator, US Corporate & Government**9 out of 9 times in the last decade, IJM’s Justice System Strengthening Projects have reduced slavery and violence between 50 and 85% for very large populations of people in poverty. As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking an Administrator, US Corporate & Government Partnerships.The Administrator will provide support as IJM scales the US Corporate & Government Partnerships (“C&GP”) team. This person will be responsible for partnering with C&GP staff to ensure the highest level of engagement and experience with leaders of US-based multinational corporations and the US Government.
The Administrator will also be responsible for optimizing processes and systems that drive growth and effective execution as well as providing analysis and strategic insights for the C&GP team.**Responsibilities:**Attend external engagements as needed, preparing briefing materials for team members and gathering information and follow up tasks post event.Regularly evaluate team practices and work with C&GP staff to develop processes accordingly.Supervise and oversee intern tasks as assigned.**Qualifications:**1-3 years of experience providing exceptional program and project management in a fast-paced, professional environment. Proven record to manage large number of projects and tasks simultaneously and to complete them with minimal oversight.Experience supporting principals working remotely preferred. Strong experience in MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.). Knowledge of Salesforce, Workday, and Adaptive preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and self-awareness.Effective team player who fosters collaborative environment.*A statement of faith should describe your Christian faith and how you see it as relevant to your involvement with IJM.
