Our client, a distinguished institution in higher education, is seeking a P/T Human Resources Coordinator-Workday to join their dedicated team. As a P/T Human Resources Coordinator-Workday, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department supporting faculty, staff, and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Onsite Schedule:
3 days per week; Tues-Wed-Thurs 9am-5pm; 21 hours per week, 7 hours/day, 1 hour lunch break/day
What's the Job?
Perform a wide range of administrative duties of a confidential nature to support the needs of the Director and Assistant Director of Human Resources
Assist with appointment and payment processes for administrators, staff, faculty, and students to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with the appointment and payment process for administrators, staff, faculty and students to ensure accurate and timely compensation; Review information for accuracy and completeness
Assist with faculty, administrator and staff recruitment tasks
Create and maintain databases, complex spreadsheets, and other tracking tools to support HR operations
Organize and maintain digital office files and records
Draft, customize, and prepare appointment letters
Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience as an HR generalist in a professional setting.
Knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Applications.
Working knowledge of PeopleSync/Workday, icims, Interfolio.
