Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Training Coordinator to join their team. As a Training Coordinator, you will be part of the training team to help coordinate training schedules for plant employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to training, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Training Coordinator Location: St. Peters, MO Contract: 8 months Pay Range: $30/hr

What's the Job?

Facilitate new hire orientation, introducing employees to company policies, safety protocols, organizational culture, and job expectations.

Execute structured training and onboarding plans developed by the training department, including role‑specific boot camps and hands‑on training modules.

Collaborate with department Training Representatives (TRMs) to schedule and align job‑specific training.

Be an active presence on the manufacturing floors, working with managers to schedule staff training.

Track and document the progress of all staff training, identifying and escalating any issues to the Training Manager.

Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including room bookings, materials preparation, and communication with facilitators and attendees.

What's Needed?

3–5 years Training Coordination experience with strong Excel skills and SharePoint.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment.

Experience with supporting training initiatives in a Manufacturing setting, preference for cGMP industries.

Familiarity with adult learning principles and training best practices.
