Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sr. Electrical Engineer, with a combination of on‑site and remote work flexibility. The Sr. Electrical Engineer will design, test, and oversee the implementation of electrical systems, including power distribution and power systems for various projects. Key responsibilities include performing electrical design calculations, creating technical specifications, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Expertise in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering principles
Comprehensive knowledge of Electricity, Power Distribution, and Power Systems
Experience with developing and analyzing electrical schematics and system designs
Strong problem‑solving abilities and technical aptitude
Proficiency in engineering software and tools used for electrical design
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
Familiarity with industry regulations and codes for safety and compliance
Ability to efficiently collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET preferred)
Active Professional Engineer (PE) License
10+ years of electrical engineering experience
Experience with electrical design tools (ETAP, SKM, or similar)
Strong knowledge of NEC, IEEE, NEMA, API standards
MUST be willing to work onsite
