We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide high quality, efficient care to behavioral health patients. POSITION SUMMARY
Plan, organize, direct, define and coordinate clinical services necessary to meet legal, organizational, medical staff and regulatory guidelines. Provide case management, education, group and individual therapy, and discharge planning. Perform community and educational activities. Essential Functions
Thoroughly complete psychosocial assessments. Discharge planning and collaborate with discharge planner on complex discharge needs. Complete treatment plan interventions with signatures. Provide individual/family sessions appropriate to client needs. Provide group therapy appropriate to population. Attend and participate in treatment planning meetings and clinical meetings as assigned. Collaborate with attending physician, discharge planners and nursing staff regarding safety, treatment and continuum of care. Collaborate with referral source and continuing care providers. Outpatient Services
Programs tailored to adolescents (ages 13‑17) or adults (18 and older). Provide PHP and IOP outpatient treatment to stabilize individuals with acute and/or chronic mental health and/or substance use disorders. PHP or IOP level of care may be used as an entry point for treatment or as a step‑down following inpatient stabilization. Programming occurs Monday thru Friday. SCHEDULE

Provide professional therapeutic services to behavioral health patients in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Capital Regional Behavioral Health Center. Conduct psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, discharge planning, and crisis intervention. Demonstrate competency to provide age‑appropriate therapy to adolescent patients (13‑17 years) and/or adult patients (18+ years). Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), Clinical Therapy, or similar education required. One of the following Florida licenses required: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT); Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). BLS‑American Heart Association BLS Provider issued card required. Minimum of 2 years of experience with psychiatric clients required. Experience in psychiatric outpatient setting preferred.
