ABA Behavior Therapist - $2,500 Sign On Bonus
Beacon ABA Services is a private group practice of behavior analysts and behavioral therapists organized to provide intensive behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
We are looking for enthusiastic therapists to work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing evidence‑based treatment interventions in a play‑based setting.
Compensation $23–$27 per hour, $2,500 signing incentive, $250 monthly bonuses.
Benefits Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available. Sessions Monday‑Friday, 8 am–6:30 pm, blended center‑based / home‑based schedule.
Responsibilities
Deliver individualized play‑based sessions to support skill acquisition.
Follow predetermined goals and collect data accurately.
Collaborate with behavior analysts and parents to adjust plans.
Maintain documentation and comply with HIPAA/confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree (60+ credit hours) with 6+ months relevant experience acceptable.
High school diploma plus one year experience considered for part‑time afternoon slots (3:00–6:30 pm).
Must be 21 years old or older.
Eligibility & Application
