Job Description Full-Time
Salary $100k/yr to $110k/yr
The Senior Accountant will work closely with the Accounting Manager to lead the month-end close. Thisperson will work with all levels of staff to ensure all timelines aremet accordingly, data accuracy standards, and the cross-company needs ofthe organization. Oversee all general ledger activity,generate and interpret financial records and statements for management,analyze financial data to prepare financial reports and budgetforecasts, and maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss,tax liability. Prepare & Monitor Bank Reconciliations, and other reconciliations as assigned. Overseereconciliations for all accrual accounts, including Bill PaymentServices Cash support functions - tracking, communications Workclosely with the Accounting Manager/CFO to assure adherence to companypolicy and proper expense and revenue recording for management reportsand financial statements Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or similar work experience 5+ years of accounting experience Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure on-time deliverables Strongattention to detail, high analysis skills and the ability to deliverresults in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision. Self-starterand a proactive attitude Excellent verbal and written communicationabilities across all levels of an organization Team player with strongcollaboration skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word,Excel), specifically strong Excel skills involving large data volume. Experiencewith Salesforce, Great Plains, and/or the Microsoft Office Suite is aplus A commitment to the values of the organization while demonstratinggood judgment, flexibility, patience and discretion when dealing withconfidential and sensitive matters.
