Responsibilities
Consult with business owners to assess risk and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with local business communities and networking groups
Build and manage a portfolio of commercial clients across multiple industriesEducate clients on coverage options including general liability, workers' comp, commercial auto, property, and more
Collaborate with our district team for ongoing training, lead generation, and strategic growth
Stay up to date on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and policy updates
Requirements
Commercial insurance experience required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a long-term book of business
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Ability to network and generate leads both in-person and online
