We provide the leads, the systems, the underwriting access, and the brand recognition. You bring the commercial expertise and relationship-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
Work alongside existing Farmers agency owners across Wisconsin to help place and close commercial business
Engage with business owners to understand risk, operations, and growth goals
Leverage Farmers’ industry-leading products, carriers, and resources to deliver tailored solutions
Collaborate closely with agents and district leadership to ensure clients are served well and relationships are protected
Play a key role in expanding Farmers’ commercial presence throughout the state
Qualifications
3+ years of commercial insurance sales experience
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a relationship-first approach
Excellent communicator who can build trust with both clients and agency partners
Team-oriented professional who consistently does what’s right for the client
Systems- and process-driven—organized, consistent, and professional
Comfortable working across multiple agencies and stakeholders
