What Nuvia Offers Pay: $20‑$39 per hour

$20‑$24 per hour base

Up to $2,000 monthly bonuses (average $12 per hour)

Up to $2,000 quarterly bonuses (average $4 per hour)

Role Overview The Care Coordinator is patient‑focused and dedicated to ensuring patients have a seamless experience while in the office. Responsibilities involve greeting patients, managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and actively gathering patient feedback through reviews.

A Day In The Life

Morning routine: prepare the office, attend the morning huddle, check the schedule.

Patient interactions: greet patients, schedule and reschedule appointments.

Handling billing and payments: process payments, answer billing questions.

Patient engagement: seek feedback, encourage online reviews, provide clear information.

Team collaboration: participate in daily huddles and work with doctors, assistants, and sales consultants.

End‑of‑day tasks: reflect on the day, review next day’s schedule, secure the office.
