Compensation and Benefits

Base pay: $20‑$24 per hour

Monthly performance bonus: up to $2,000 (approximately $12 per hour)

Quarterly bonus: up to $2,000 (approximately $4 per hour)

Role Overview The Care Coordinator is patient‑focused and dedicated to ensuring patients have a seamless experience during their visit. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and actively gathering patient feedback through reviews.

A Day In The Life

Morning routine: prepare the office, attend the morning huddle, and review the day’s schedule.

Patient interactions: greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow.

Billing & payments: process payments, answer billing questions, and address concerns.

Administrative support: file, scan, and perform data entry tasks.

Patient engagement: seek patient feedback and encourage online reviews.

Team collaboration: participate in daily huddles and work closely with doctors, dental assistants, and sales consultants.

End‑of‑day tasks: reflect on the day’s activities, review the next day’s schedule, and secure the office.
