Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Program Management supporting change management and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

$53 - $58/hr on W2 Duration : Until 6/30/2026 (possibility of extension)
What's the Job?
Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals, and direct the integration of activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, overseeing staff development and competence.
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
Review and recommend contracts and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with project goals.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 5-7 years' experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and grooming.
Extensive experience in Program Management and Change Management.
Proficiency with PowerPoint for program communications and executive summaries.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with problem-solving capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; PMI or PMP certification preferred.
