Our client, a leading organization in the marketing sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. As a Program Manager Non Tech 3, you will be part of the marketing department supporting the email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent project management abilities, and a keen analytical mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 3
Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)
Pay Range: $50-58/hr
5+ years: Email Marketing: Strong familiarity with B2C email marketing.
5+ years: Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools and agile workflows.
5+ years: Data Analysis: Comfortable with data analysis and campaign measurement.
What's the Job?
- Coordinate email campaign execution, from planning to design to launch.
- Drive email program operations, including sprint planning, timeline management, milestones, and dependencies.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation; share regular reporting on deployments, prioritization, and other updates from the email channel team.
- Act as the point of communication with stakeholders, ensuring campaigns are on time and discussing improvements.
- 5-7 years of experience in email marketing, with strong familiarity with B2C email marketing.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or comparable experience.
- Familiarity with project management tools and agile workflows.
- Comfortable with data analysis and campaign measurement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
