Background Profile 3 years of Leadership experience Senior‑level leadership experience with a proven ability to develop others Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (preferred) Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience (Chick‑fil‑A experience strongly preferred) Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills Ability to lead through influence, build trust, and hold teams accountable Passion for people development and Chick‑fil‑A’s values
