Managing a team of 20+ by setting clear expectations and
holding people accountable
to high standards
Implementing systems to improve productivity, reduce labor waste, and steward profitability
Partnering cross‑functionally with Back of House to ensure smooth hand‑offs and
seamless guest experiences
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience developing and leading teams
Experience leading teams of 40+ team members
Open availability (45‑hour standard work week)
Coach‑player leadership mentality
Passion for hospitality and people development
Strong alignment with Chick‑fil‑A’s values
Desire for long‑term growth within a Chick‑fil‑A organization
