As a Front of House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of front-of-house operations and elevating the overall guest experience. Leading our front-of-house team, you will drive exceptional service standards, foster a positive team culture, and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and mentor the front-of-house staff to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
Oversee dining room operations, including reservation management, seating arrangements, and guest interactions.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and synchronization of service.
Monitor and maintain service quality, addressing any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage inventory and supplies related to front-of-house operations.
Assist in developing and implementing training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Handle guest feedback and concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and diplomacy.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in reservation systems and point-of-sale software.
In-depth knowledge of guest service principles and practices.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing demands.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
$55k-$65k salary depending on experience. Full Time Benefits.
