The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager is responsible for assisting producers and clients in maintaining insurance coverage for commercial lines, including processing and invoicing policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations. Supervisory Responsibilities
None. Essential Tasks
Prepare endorsement requests to send to insurance carriers. Follow-up on receipt of endorsements to existing policies. Process endorsements, including invoicing and delivery to clients. Process audits, verifying rates, exposures, and prior premiums. Handle cancellations and billing issues. Communicate with staff and clients to gather information for policy changes. Adhere to agency procedures. Provide technical support to Marketing Executives and Producers as needed. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients. Core Competencies

Minimum 2 years of experience in property and casualty servicing preferred. Licensing and Credentials
Active Property and Casualty license required; assistance with licensure provided if needed. Systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Applied Epic experience preferred; knowledge of similar AMS acceptable. Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 25 pounds. Visual and auditory acuity for reading documents and communication. Repetitive hand movements. Mobility for walking, bending, sitting, reaching, and stretching. Additional Details
