Position Overview
We’re looking for a talented, detail‑oriented Pastry Chef to join our production team. The ideal candidate has a solid background in professional baking, a strong sense of organization, and a commitment to consistency and quality. Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, viennoiseries, tarts, and specialty desserts Follow established recipes and production schedules Operate commercial baking equipment with care and precision Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are maintained at all times Collaborate with the culinary team on product development and seasonal offerings Maintain accurate inventory and assist in ordering supplies Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a pastry kitchen Full mastery of dough lamination techniques for croissant production
(a practical trial will be required) Impeccable personal hygiene and clean kitchen habits Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment—there is no sitting during production hours Early morning availability and a strong team spirit Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work on‑site in Dallas What We Offer
