About the Role: As
Restaurant Manager , you'll be the operational backbone of the location guiding front- and back-of-house performance, ensuring smooth service delivery, and supporting a team of high-energy hospitality professionals. Your leadership will directly influence the guest experience, team culture, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence
Manage daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination across FOH and BOH
Drive service consistency and uphold premium hospitality standards
Maintain vendor relationships, product quality, and safety/sanitation compliance
Coordinate staffing and floor plans to ensure optimal coverage and flow
Recruit and onboard high-potential team members
Train and coach staff in service standards, operations, and guest engagement
Conduct performance evaluations and build team morale
Foster a culture of accountability, energy, and collaboration
Guest Experience & Brand Engagement
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Represent and protect the brand’s image in all guest interactions
Help develop and execute local marketing initiatives and restaurant events
Generate excitement through local partnerships, social promotions, and in-house campaigns
Business & Financial Management
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and expense reports
Identify opportunities to increase sales and control costs
Lead budgeting efforts and P&L accountabilityOversee inventory and purchasing strategies to maintain profitability
What Are We Looking For:
Experience as a
Restaurant Manager ,
Assistant General Manager , or similar role in a high-volume, upscale environment
A strong foundation in customer service and hospitality leadership
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including staff training and menu education
Proficiency with restaurant software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems, etc.)
Solid financial acumen, with P&L and budget management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
