Role Description This is a remote and commission based role for a Regional Sales Manager located in New York, NY. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales and partnerships within their designated territory, developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities and partnerships. The role also involves building strong relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills

Proven experience in sales strategy development and achievement of sales targets

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of the wine industry and understanding of market trends is a significant advantage

Proficiency with CRM platforms and other sales tools

Ability to analyze sales data and draw actionable insights

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus

Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed
