We are looking for an experienced, high energy Sales Manager to own Customer Acquisition and Retention for the Rumble Boxing brand in our SoNo studio in Norwalk, CT. You will need a proven track record of success in Sales, preferably in the fitness industry. Your aggressive sales targets will be set in coordination with the Franchise Owner.

Our Sales Manager will

Join us with 2+ years of fitness sales experience

Enjoy engaging with people, having excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person, in writing and over the phone

Have confidence in generating personal sales, being goal-oriented and competitive

Employ creativity and perseverance to identify local businesses with which we can build impactful grassroots marketing partnerships and unconventional sales opportunities

Use technology with ease, including Studio CRM system and social media platforms

Resolve challenges with creativity and grit, all the while keeping cool, calm and collected

Identify areas to improve both your own results and those of the Sales Assocates that work with you

Be a team leader, serving as an example of reliability, professionalism and organization

Own the responsibilities of the job and feel pride in the results achieved by the Team

You will be responsible for

Generating sales leads using a broad range of tools including: online sources; grassroots events; community networking and partnerships

Organizing, scheduling and running networking, community and studio promotional events

Filling introductory classes by efficiently executing a proven sales process that converts generated leads, regardless of their source

Closing membership sales at grass root events, on the phone and in the Studio, while you show the Sales Associates under your direction how it’s done

Coordinating Sales Associate recruiting efforts and leading sales-related training of new hires

You will earn

A competitive base salary plus commissions and bonuses driven by: hitting membership sales targets; retaining members; selling retail merch; and overall profits of the Studio
