FedEx Express is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable individuals to join our overnight operations team as Package Handlers. Load, unload, sort, and scan packages within the FedEx Express facility
Handle packages of varying sizes and weights in a fast-paced environment
Operate material handling equipment safely (conveyors, carts, dollies, etc.)
Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and operational guidelines
Ensure accurate package handling to meet strict delivery timelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals
Report damaged packages, safety concerns, or irregularities promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to company-specified weight limits
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse environment
Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Experience
Prior warehouse, logistics, or package handling experience is an advantage
