Our client, a leading Cloud Infrastructure & Supply Chain organization, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization supporting the Networking Supply & Planning teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Lead weekly supportability reviews by collaborating with Demand & Supply Planning teams to analyze week-over-week changes.
Generate, validate, and reconcile demand/supply reports, ensuring accuracy across all data snapshots.
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and follow up on action items to closure.
Develop functional specifications, requirements, and project scopes to guide implementation decisions.
Provide technical and analytical insights to Product Managers and support continuous improvement of internal tools.
What’s Needed?
Advanced Excel skills, strong MS-SQL knowledge, and experience with business intelligence tool development or optimization.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on identifying and correcting data discrepancies.
Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail and organization.
Bachelor’s degree + 7 years experience OR Master’s degree + 4 years in supply planning, operations, supply chain, sourcing, or manufacturing.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business decision-makers.
