Required qualifications:
Current state RN license
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school
BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
ACLS upon hire
PALS upon hire
NIHSS upon hire
Preferred qualifications:
AnCC Nursing Professional Development certification, if not in possession at time of hire, must acquire within 3 years of hire

Additional Information/Department information: The Clinical Nurse Educator‑Adult Acute Care is a competent professional nurse who possesses advanced knowledge, skills, and abilities in the teaching‑learning process. Under the supervision of the Senior Director, Nursing Operations and in collaboration with the Chief Nursing Officer and applicable Department Directors, the Clinical Nurse Educator designs, organizes, implements, and evaluates generalized, as well as focused adult learning activities and programs that facilitate the professional growth, skill development, and competency of direct clinical nursing care providers in arenas providing medical/surgical care.
