Anywhere Insurance Agency is looking for an
Insurance Sales Account Executive
to join our high‑growth, technology‑driven organization. The role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and an industry‑leading benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with prospects to understand customer needs, generate quotes, and present solutions.
Build rapport with prospects via phone, email, and web platforms.
Navigate multiple websites and internal tools while engaging clients.
Achieve production goals using comparative raters, carrier systems, CRM, and agency management systems.
Source new sales lead opportunities through Anywhere’s technology‑driven marketing platforms.
Drive additional new business through inside and outside calls, focusing on the real estate & mortgage community.
Grow business from affiliated business clients through planning, outreach, and sales meetings, leveraging company tools to increase effort.
Promote services and build relationships through social media, in‑person, email campaigns, networking events, phone solicitation, and internal systems.
Required Qualifications
1‑3 years of sales experience (preferable call‑center environment).
Personal Lines license or Property & Casualty licenses (or willingness to acquire within first 30 days).
A passion for sales and the ability to learn new software and technology.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
High energy, motivation, coachability, and willingness to learn.
Strong computer navigation skills.
Thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
