Life insurance sales experience (required)
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High energy and motivation to succeed
Coachability and a desire to grow
Strong computer and CRM navigation skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
As a Life Insurance Account Executive, You Will:
Work
100% remotely , engaging with clients via
virtual meetings, phone, and email
Educate clients on life insurance products, including term, whole, and universal life policies
Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend tailored life insurance solutions
Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners in real estate, title, and mortgage
Utilize phone, email, social media, and virtual networking to drive new business
Present quotes and close sales with confidence and professionalism
Navigate multiple systems including CRM, quoting tools, and carrier platforms
Meet and exceed monthly production goals
Your Background Includes:
3 to 5 years of
life insurance sales experience
Active
Life and Health Insurance License
P&C license and experience (preferred but not required)
A passion for helping people protect their families and financial futures
The ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
