Key Responsibilities
Safely load, unload, scan, and sort packages in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
Handle packages of varying sizes and weights in accordance with safety standards
Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track and process shipments
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all FedEx operational procedures and workplace safety guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily volume targets
Report damaged packages, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to required weight limits
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts consistently
Basic ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Willingness to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
Experience
No prior warehouse experience required; training will be provided
Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or physical labor roles is an advantage but not mandatory
Working Hours
Part‑time schedules with flexible shift options
Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays depending on operational needs
Typical shifts range from 3 to 6 hours per day
