A senior-level staff professional who possesses detailed and advanced knowledge within the assigned domain area. This position performs task‑level analytical functions with minimal direction, exercising sound judgment within established guidelines. The Sr. Analyst also provides mentoring of less‑experienced analysts. Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a minimum of a secret security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced analytical tasks in support of program and task order requirements.
Apply detailed domain knowledge to analyze data, processes, systems, or operational requirements.
Execute assigned tasks with minimal supervision while adhering to established procedures and guidance.
Identify issues, trends, and areas for improvement and provide recommendations to senior staff as appropriate.
Support development of reports, analyses, briefings, and task‑level deliverables.
Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior and mid‑level analysts, as assigned.
Assist senior staff in coordinating task‑level activities and ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support mission objectives.
Other duties as assigned.
Must adhere to the company’s AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures and guidelines.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Detailed knowledge of analytical methods, tools, and practices within the applicable domain.
Ability to work independently at the task level with minimal direction.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to mentor and guide less‑experienced personnel.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured environment.
Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a minimum of a secret security clearance.
Education and Experience Requirements Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 14+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) with 10+ years of relevant experience
Master’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
PhD with 7+ years of relevant experience
Qualifications Education Bachelors or better.
High School or better.
Experience High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 14+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) with 10+ years of relevant experience
