Key Responsibilities
Direct traffic to appropriate parking areas.
Perform vehicle counts throughout the shift to ensure parking availability.
Charge customers for parking as directed by the supervisor.
Screen parking lots for permits.
Provide outstanding customer service to all patrons.
Use hand signals and lights to direct vehicles into open spots.
Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
Position or remove barricades to prevent parking in designated spots.
Desired Skills
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to follow verbal/written directions.
Reliability and punctuality.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be dependable.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
