The Associate Marketing Manager is a hands‑on, execution-focused role ideal for a high‑performing marketer ready to take the next step into a management position. This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, print, and in‑store channels, while learning to lead cross‑functional efforts and manage campaign workflows.

This position works closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners and is designed to grow into a full Marketing Manager role over time.

Key Responsibilities Brand & Campaign Execution

Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, retail, and in‑store channels

Ensure marketing materials align with Fit2Run’s brand guidelines, voice, and value proposition

Assist in maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand presence across all customer touchpoints

Review content and creative assets for accuracy, quality, and brand alignment before launch

Project & Workflow Management

Coordinate campaign timelines, milestones, and deliverables, helping ensure launches stay on track

Serve as a central point of communication between marketing, creative, e‑commerce, and retail teams

Help identify potential risks or delays and elevate issues as needed

Support executional workflows by clarifying ownership, deadlines, and next steps

Assist with content planning and execution across organic and paid social, email, SMS, video, and animation

Work with internal teams and external partners to develop creative assets, copy, and landing page experiences

Help manage content calendars and campaign schedules

Build strong working relationships across departments to align on campaign goals and timelines

Learn to provide direction and feedback to internal partners and vendors

Support senior leadership in campaign planning, post‑campaign recaps, and optimization discussions

Reporting & Optimization

Help track campaign performance and execution effectiveness

Assist with reporting and analysis to evaluate results against business and brand objectives

Contribute insights and recommendations for future improvements

Ideal Candidate

3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, e‑commerce, or multi‑channel environments

Strong organizational and project management skills

Experience coordinating campaigns or initiatives across multiple teams

Comfortable balancing hands‑on execution with growing leadership responsibilities

Eager to develop people‑management and strategic planning skills
