Job Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations during your shift.
Maintain cost, inventory, and cash controls.
Ensure excellent customer relations and service standards.
Lead and coach the crew, enforcing all policies.
Handle staffing, paperwork, and scheduling.
Oversee food management and adherence to schedules.
Maintain the restaurant’s image and standards.
Provide great customer service and maintain attendance & punctuality.
Arrange transportation to/from work if needed.
Ensure store cleanliness.
Support marketing initiatives and drive profitability.
