Team & Role Overview This role supports Industry Solutions Delivery within a Professional Services organization. The broader organization develops services, and this team partners directly with customers to enable purchased products and provide consultative support. The Business Manager plays a critical role in Rhythm of Business (ROB) execution, leadership reporting, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization across regional delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute Rhythm of Business (ROB) processes

Schedule and prepare content for leadership meetings

Create decks and ensure content readiness from presenters

Conduct data reviews, validate accuracy, and resolve gaps

Drive process improvements and workflow optimization

Support internal communications and reporting alignment

Assist with annual budget processes under guidance

Enable fact‑based decision‑making through timely insights

Support culture, team health, and organizational initiatives (e.g., D&I, onboarding)

Contribute to special projects during periods of change

Candidate Requirements Experience

5+ years of overall relevant experience

Strong background in business management, operations, or program coordination

Experience working in regional or global environments

Education

No degree or certification required

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong financial awareness and business acumen

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Proven ability to follow through and drive accountability

Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills (5+ Years Each)

Rhythm of Business (ROB) support

Data review and reporting using Excel and PowerBI (preferably finance-related)

Business management with direct stakeholder engagement
