Responsibilities
Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Bistro’s programs and activities.
Prepare, cook, and deliver a high‑quality food and beverage service program while maximizing customer satisfaction.
Coordinate food‑related activities with other departments.
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.
Qualifications
ServSafe and Allergen training
Starbucks Barista training
Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide Bistro services
Knowledge of food service laws, regulations, and guidelines governing dietary functions in nursing care facilities and food service establishments
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff
