The Dietary Order Clerk is our Culinary Concierge who is responsible for capturing meal orders for our residents and guests. Our patients and guests look forward to their meals every day and we look forward to providing them with great food that invokes happiness and joy.
Compensation
Starting wages $15.00/hr Hero Pay ($0.85 per hour!) Yearly Wage Increases How You Will Help People Every Day
Greeting guests to the building, explaining our menu, and helping with the ordering process for daily specials and Always Available Menu. Meeting and talking with guests daily and taking meal orders. Acquiring resident and guest preferences and collaborating with the RDN or Executive Chef to input into the Nutrition Management program. Printing meal production sheets for each meal and meal tickets. Updating the daily menu for the dining rooms. Assisting with the serving of meals that are palatable and appetizing, preparing and serving food and snacks in accordance with established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and company policies and procedures. High school diploma or equivalent. Starbucks Barista training preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide Bistro services. Knowledge of food service laws, regulations and guidelines. Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative Care!
