Job Overview

Serve as the front‑line underwriter: review new business submissions, gather additional data, and present accounts to underwriting with a strategy for approval.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
10+ years of experience in production underwriting or marketing commercial insurance on large accounts, preferably workers’ compensation.
Experience in underwriting, loss control, or claims is a plus.
Knowledge of the independent agent system and strong relationships with key agencies in the territory.
Residency in one of the three cities: Indianapolis, Cincinnati, or Louisville.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $95,000.00 – $130,000.00.
