Key Focus Areas
Lead nightly operations for Esperanza Rooftop & Pine Street Bistro
Coach, schedule, and motivate service and bar teams
Ensure elevated service, strong beverage execution, and brand standards
Manage labor, service flow, and guest experience during peak periods
