Responsibilities Communicate resident needs with physicians and nursing leadership
Monitor resident conditions and coordinate care plans
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on care needs, transfers, and workload
Support resident admissions and family involvement in care planning
Provide emotional and physical support to residents and families
Supervise and support Resident Assistants/Medication Managers
Qualifications Graduate of a state board–approved nursing program
CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed (hourly position)
Strong attendance and reliability
