is seeking a strong, organized, and caring
Nurse Mentor
to lead, guide, and inspire our team. This role supports our mission to provide exceptional care in a supportive, relationship-centered environment—especially within our dementia care neighborhoods.

What You’ll Do As a Nurse Mentor, you will:
Provide direct nursing care, mentorship, and clinical support to staff at all levels
Identify training needs and educate staff on
infection control and prevention practices
Lead and support the
MDS process , including scheduling, reviewing, and transmitting assessments
Supervise direct care staff and promote teamwork and consistency in resident care
Administer medications and treatments and carry out physician orders accurately and compassionately
Communicate effectively with physicians, supervisors, residents, and families to ensure continuity of care
What You’ll Need
Graduate of an approved
RN program
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Infection Prevention and Control certification (or willingness to complete)
Successful completion of the state‑mandated supervisory course within 6 months
Preferred: Experience with
MDS processes
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
