to join our primary care team in

Shelby, MI!

Opportunity Details

Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Shelby Hospital

Our Shelby locations offer primary care services with a team of Providers that specialize in Family Medicine working together to deliver a comprehensive, personalized patient experience

In addition to primary care services, our Shelby office offers specialty services to include general surgery consultations, Urology, Sleep Medicine and Urgent Care

Practice currently has a team of 6 total providers with 13 rooms

4 days/week schedule with extended hours and no weekends

No on-call requirement for APP

Very close knit & collaborative office with a supportive environment

Requirements

Open to strong new graduates

APPS: Board-certified in specialty prior to employment

Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)

DEA license

BLS certification (must be maintained)/ ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities A typical day may include:

Providing direct patient care

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Participating in teaching and mentoring

Documenting in Epic EMR

Engaging in quality improvement initiatives

Supporting community health efforts
