About the Role As the Store Deployment Resource Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in rolling out SAP across 83 stores nationwide. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact project that will transform how we operate. You’ll be responsible for partnering with store leaders to identify, recruit, and onboard secondees who will help deploy this initiative across the network.
While this role is primarily based at our client's Albany office, it offers flexibility with 20-30% travel to stores around the country. You’ll connect with store teams, coordinate resources, and ensure everything runs smoothly. With strong communication skills and a passion for collaboration, you’ll be the glue that holds this deployment together.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with stores to identify and recruit secondees for deployment roles.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, travel, and accommodation for secondees.
Work closely with Finance to manage expense forecasts and claims for travelling team members.
Support secondees during their assignments, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing any issues.
Gather feedback from stores and secondees to continuously improve processes.
Maintain clear documentation and progress reporting while contributing to team goals.
What We’re Looking For
Strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in retail or working with store teams is highly desirable.
Team leadership experience is a bonus but not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
Project management or HR experience would be advantageous.
